Phase III of Construction Begins on Turtle Mountain
Vernon, British Columbia – Phase III of construction for Wesbild’s Turtle Mountain, Vernon’s newest residential community, is ready to begin. After working with the City of Vernon over the last few months, approvals are now in place to allow the next phase of construction to begin. This will include the following;
- Reconstruction of Alexis Park Drive & 39th Avenue
- Construction of a water pump station & reservoir on our Turtle Mountain site
- Site servicing work for Phase I & Phase II of our development
“We are working closely with our contractors to minimize the impact this construction may have on our neighbours’ day-to-day life.” said Tony Zappone, Development Manager for Wesbild. “This will include proactive strategies by our contractors in regards to traffic management and effective noise & dust control.”
Construction is scheduled to begin immediately and continue throughout the summer.
