Trevor McMorran – Real Estate Specialist

As Turtle Mountain’s exclusive Real Estate Specialist, Trevor is responsible for facilitating all home and property sales at Turtle Mountain in Vernon. Trevor has worked at Turtle Mountain since January 2010 and has been an important part of the continued success of the project.

Trevor has a passion for finding the key details that can make the difference in a client’s experience buying their new home at Turtle Mountain. With a solid understanding and knowledge of the Real Estate Industry, Trevor knows how to help solve the challenges associated with making the transition into a new home.

In 2007 Trevor started his real estate career as a Realtor working with his father at RE/MAX Vernon. In his time as a local Realtor, Trevor established a successful practice while learning how to treat each sale as a unique challenge with individual needs and requirements. He was born and raised in Vernon and takes part in several local associations and well as enjoying all that the North Okanagan has to offer.

Brad Pelletier – Vice President, Okanagan | Wesbild Holdings Ltd.

As the Vice-President, Okanagan, Brad is responsible for all aspects of Wesbild’s Okanagan projects and operations including Predator Ridge and Turtle Mountain.

Brad joined Wesbild from Melcor where he was the Vice President – Kelowna Region and President, Melcor Lakeside. He had been supervising the development, operations and marketing of Black Mountain Golf & Residential Community as well as overseeing Melcor’s other assets in BC.

Prior to this, Brad was the Senior Vice President and Managing Director for IMG Canada, a unit of the world’s largest and most diversified sports and entertainment management company. Under his leadership, IMG created the vision and business model to significantly improve operations and financials. Prior to IMG, Brad worked for Burrard International whose businesses include the ownership of numerous marquee golf facilities.

Brad is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick and the London School of Economics. He has served on Boards of national golf and sports associations as well as several charitable Boards. Brad calls the Okanagan home along with his wife and 4 young kids.
